Getting set up to receive payments with the help of our payments-partner, Stripe, is quick and simple (the entire process should take 5-10 minutes, 15 if you need to dig around to find your EIN number!) It's also a one-time set up process, you will not need to do it on subsequent payment requests.

Stripe's curated on-boarding will walk you through the entire process, then you will be redirected back to your payment request once finished. As you'll note in the above article, your entry point to getting set up to receive payments is the following screen:
You'll then be directed to initiate the onboarding process by Stripe:
Begin by quickly verifying your email and mobile phone number; please note that information may be auto-populated from your GrapeConnect account --so be sure to update any incorrect or outdated information:
You'll be asked you provide verification by SMS:
You'll then be asked for key details about your business:
And then about you, personally, and your relationship to the business:
And finally, pertinent banking details on where you'd like to receive payment:
And you're done! You'll be redirected back to GrapeConnect where you can finalize your payment request. As a reminder, the preceding steps is a one-time setup process, you will not need to do it on subsequent payment requests.
